Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel orders at any time during the first 14 days after ordering and receive a full refund for any amount paid for that order.
If you have already activated your copy of CityCAD, please deactivate it by going to the Product Activation window and clicking 'Deactivate'.
How do I cancel?
- Go to My Products & Services
- Log in if not already logged in.
- Click on the licence you would like to cancel.
- Click the 'Request cancellation' button.
What refund will I get?
If you are cancelling within the first 14 days after ordering, and if you have made any payment for the licence, then we will refund this payment in full. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
We may refund payment directly to any credit or debit card used by you, or we may refund you using another method by mutual agreement such as direct bank transfer.
Are there any situations where I cannot get a refund?
Please note this refund policy only applies to our software products. If we are developing customized software for you on a consultancy basis, then procedures for refunds or cancellations should be covered in a separate consultancy contract with you.
Can I get a refund for a perpetual (no-expiry) licence?
You can get a refund for a perpetual licence within the first 14 days after placing the order.
What happens if I cancel an ongoing subscription more than 14 days after placing the order?
We will not refund the original payment, and you will still be entitled to use the software for the rest of the first billing period. For example, if you have signed up to a monthly license, you can continue to use it until the end of the first month. If you have cancelled, then at the end of this billing period your service will not be renewed and no further invoices will be sent.
