Technical support options

Email Support - Standard Flexible Subscription licenses

All standard subscriptions to CityCAD include free technical support by email.

If you encounter any problems when installing, activating or using CityCAD :

Our technical support team is based in the UK, and will aim to answer any queries as soon as possible between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm London time.

We aim to reply to all support requests within an hour and in any event within 24 hours. If you have a non-commercial licence, we will normally aim to reply as soon as possible but cannot guarantee a timeframe for the response.

If you buy a perpetual (no expiry) licence, then we will provide technical support for installation and activation. Technical support for using the tool can be purchased separately through our online store.

Premium Support

Premium telephone support services are also available - please see our online store or contact if you would like more information.

Please note that premium support subscriptions are separate from any CityCAD licence subscription, and can be set up and cancelled separately from your CityCAD license.

For example, if you decide that you no longer need premium support after a few months of using the software you may cancel this independently of the CityCAD subscription licence. If you have a standard flexible subscription, then you would still be entitled to ongoing free email (non-premium) support.
