Movement panel

The Movement tab displays information about movement relating to your city model.

On the left side of the panel are several outputs:

On the right side is the Movement Grid. Click the tabs to select which of the three grids you want to edit:

Above the grid, you can choose whether to view the grid in Groups, Phases or a list of all elements ('Element List').

Next to this are filters. There are buttons which will change depending on which grid is selected, and a series of check boxes that works in the same way as the filters in the City Grid tab.

Click the icons to show or hide different kinds of elements - from left to right: nodes, routes, blocks, floors, subdivisions and city items.

Vehicle Parking

This is a list of all elements in the city model, arranged in a hierarchical tree structure like the City Grid.

Above the grid are three small icon buttons to filter the list:

There are five columns to the right of the 'Name' column:

Cycle Parking

You can view the cycle parking grid by clicking the 'Cycle Parking' tab.

This is a list of all elements in the city model, arranged in a hierarchical tree structure like the City Grid.

Below the title are three small icon buttons to filter the list:

There are five columns to the right of the 'Name' column. These allow you to review the required spaces and actual number of spaces in your model, and work in exactly the same way as the vehicle parking space displays above.

The Vehicle Trip Generation grid

This is a list of all elements in the city model. Above the grid are two small icon buttons to filter the list:

There are several columns in this grid:

The next five columns allow you to enter trip generation rates:

Please note that this input is completely separate from the hours of activity in the Land Use Settings, and is not included in calculations for the Activity tab.

To add or change a trip generation rate, click on a cell in the grid and the trip generation input panel will appear:
